What is a local citation?
Any listing or mention of your business name, address and phone number on another site: a map profile, a directory, a review site, a data network. Local Presence Setup is our local citations service: we audit the citations you already have, correct the wrong ones, build the missing ones and ask platforms to merge or remove duplicates where they allow it.
What is included?
Both packages include your business profile, an audit with a before score, corrections and new listings on search engines, maps and navigation apps, the data networks and the review and industry sources AI assistants cite in your industry, guided owner verification, a final audit and a before-and-after report. Local Presence Setup covers about 40 directories; the Full package covers about 70.
How long does it take?
Most setups take 4 to 6 weeks. Some directories publish slowly, and owner verification depends on when a postcard arrives or when you complete a call or text. Anything still pending at the end is listed in your report.
What do I have to do?
Confirm your business profile at the start, then complete the owner verification steps when they come up: a postcard code, a phone call or a text message, and on some platforms a short video or a document. If you already manage a profile, such as your Google Business Profile, we may ask you to add us as a manager or to make a change yourself. We explain each step in plain words.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once. There is no monthly fee and no contract. Ongoing monitoring after the setup is not included today.
Will this get me ranked higher or recommended by ChatGPT?
We do not promise that. Rankings, map positions and AI recommendations are decided by Google, ChatGPT and the other platforms. Consistent, accurate information helps customers and those systems identify your business correctly, and we put first the sources AI assistants cite in your industry, but the outcome is theirs to decide.

Can you remove duplicate listings?
We find them and ask each platform to merge or remove them. Some platforms let only the owner do it, and some decide on their own timeline. Your report shows what happened to each one.
Can I get a refund?
