We ask ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini the questions people ask them, keep the answers, and publish what we find: what they recommend, which sources they read, and how often the answer changes.

Each study states its sample, its dates, its method and what failed. Every figure links to the query behind it. A published study is never edited; if we get something wrong, the correction is added to the study as a dated note.
